He incepted an Aerospace and Defence and Precision Manufacturing Company in the year 1983 and entered the Industry 1.0 era to invent new possibilities for the future by multiplying the impact of complex ecosystems.

He has held various senior positions and currently serves as the Managing Director of Qualitech Hose Profiles Private Limited. His expertise spans multiple industries and functional areas, including R&D, commercial, digital/IT, fintech, and end-to-end system integration. Kiran has helped clients leverage digital technologies to drive revenue growth and optimize operations, and currently drives growth across various verticals, including Education, Healthcare, Aerospace, and Defence.

Given Dasam Vijay Kiran’s focus on leveraging satellite infrastructure, intelligent networks, digital and smart technologies for revenue growth and operational efficiency, His ideas or frameworks for integrating cloud-enabled, AI-powered, and digital-first strategies across Qualitech’s diverse verticals—like Aerospace, Edtech, Power Sector, Cloud Infrastructure, Capital and Fintech Products, Smart Cities and Smart Technology. He has extensive experience in helping shape and execute strategies that drive improvement in shareholder value and value for a multitude of partners in government, corporate houses, private sector, institutional innovators and multilateral partners. Most recently, Dasam Vijay Kiran has helped clients focus on innovative approaches leveraging indigenous satellite network and digital technologies to create opportunities for increased revenue and optimized operations. He has held various senior positions and currently serves as the Managing Director of Qualitech Hose Profiles Private Limited. His expertise spans multiple industries and functional areas, including R&D, cloud native development, digital/IT, fintech, and end-to-end system integration. Vijay Kiran has helped clients leverage digital technologies to drive revenue growth and optimize operations, and currently drives growth across various verticals, including Education, Power Sector, Healthcare, Aerospace, and Defence. He previously served as Chief Marketing and Sales Head for Qualitech's facility that undertakes precision manufacturing and Assemblies for Aerospace and Defence on a global scale. 40 YEARS & COUNTING, THE NUMBERS THAT TELL A YOU STORY

The early 80's was foundational in building the engineering and technical capabilities, the domain expertise, the institutional relationships, and the operational disciplines that would later enable our journey's roadmap to tackle the most complex and consequential technology challenges in aerospace, space & defence, education, satellite communications, and digital infrastructure. Every project undertaken in those formative years was sincere learning curve of opportunities to deepen our understanding to core fundamentals of quality and technology, which gave birth to Qualitech and also redefined the origins of its name and strengthened the conviction that the vision was worth pursuing. Qualitech stepped into this landscape not as a follower of trends, but as a pioneer of indigenous innovation by engineering, designing and developing technology and indigenous ecosystems.

To understand why 1983 was the right moment for Qualitech to be born, it is necessary to understand the India of 1983 — a nation standing at a crossroads between its ancient past and its technological future, between the extraordinary depth of its civilisational heritage and the urgent imperative of its developmental present.

India in 1983 was a nation of extraordinary contradictions. A civilisation that had given the world mathematics, astronomy, philosophy, and the concept of zero was home to hundreds of millions of people who lacked access to quality education, reliable healthcare, and basic economic opportunity. A nation that had produced some of the finest scientific and engineering minds of the twentieth century — the architects of its space programme, its nuclear capability, and its green revolution — was also a nation in which the benefits of science and technology reached only a privileged fraction of the population.

The digital revolution was beginning — tentatively, uncertainly, with the first personal computers arriving in the country, the first stirrings of what would become India's extraordinary software industry beginning to emerge, and a growing recognition among scientists, engineers, and policymakers that technology would be central to India's development story in the decades to come. It was into this landscape — charged with possibility, heavy with challenge, and alive with the energy of a nation beginning to recognise its own technological potential — that Qualitech was born.
