Our Story
Innovation has always been a driving force for us to conquer the skies with cutting-edge technologies and scientific excellence to contribute to global progress. Qualitech has been part of our beloved founder Late. Shri. Dasam Devi Prasad's vision to reach for the skies by pushing the limits of imagination. He started an Aerospace and Defence and Precision Manufacturing Company in the year 1983 and entered the Industry 1.0 era to invent new possibilities for the future by multiplying the impact of complex ecosystems.
Over the past 40 years, Qualitech has been striving for scale, efficiency and sustainability in the field of Aerospace and Defence, Manufacturing, Automobile, Space, Technology, Education, Healthcare, Smart Cities, Life Sciences, Digital Banking, Fintech Ecosystems, Fleet and Logistics Management, Hybrid Environments, Satcom Connectivity and our own indigenous technologies and capabilities. About Dasam
Dasam Vijay Kiran, who has held a variety of senior positions in the Group’s businesses, joined Qualitech's Board of Directors in March 2011 as Executive Director and is currently the Managing Director of Qualitech Hose Profiles Private Limited which was incorporated in the year 1998. The company is headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a second-generation entrepreneur, Dasam Vijay Kiran accumulated vast experience on large scale transformation programs and corporate social responsibility initiatives across industries including the company’s growth and investment strategy, business performance, organizational effectiveness and restructuring after assuming the position of Executive Director.
Dasam Vijay Kiran is a seasoned entrepreneur whose expertise spans both strategy and execution. He has extensive experience in helping shape and execute strategies that drive improvement in shareholder value and value for a multitude of partners in government, corporate houses, private sector, institutional innovators and multilateral partners. His functional expertise includes R&D, commercial, digital/IT, fintech, end to end system integration and products and services.
Most recently, Dasam Vijay Kiran has helped clients focus on innovative approaches leveraging digital technologies to create opportunities for increased revenue and optimized operations. He previously served as Chief Marketing and Sales Head for Qualitech's facility that undertakes precision manufacturing for Aerospace and Defence on a global scale. Now, he drives growth across verticals such as Education, Healthcare, Aerospace and Defence, Agritech, Fintech, Digital Banking and Neobank, Satcom and Hybrid Connectivity, Smart Cities, Hybrid Environments, Digital Model Villages and eWaste Management.
